Fast service. My go-tos are the summer strawberry and blushing mango.
We ordered the Falafel Wrap and there was no hummus inside; it was not right. Also, the cashier let me use the credit card... machine when I tried to pay with a gift card when she needed to process the gift card for me instead (she wasted my time becausethe machine did not respond to the gift card). I tried to ask for her help but she was not available. She rudely pointed at thecredit card machine when she asked us if we wanted the wrap to be heated. This was unnecessary and rude. I come here often and today is the worst! I bought 2 drinks and I as I paid for both drink the Chinese cashier didnt even turn... back to scan my Jugo rewards.. she was just keep heating up the chicken wraps as I was standing there waiting for her to lookback at me and scan the jugo rewards . BUT SHE DIDN?T . So the other lady helped me which is an Indian lady, she scanned myrewards and she saw that I can claim a free drink so she went through it.. but she also didn?t not RECORD the transaction for myorder that I made?the CHINESE lady fixed it when I told her what she did but she didn?t even say sorry for her mistake!!!!SERVICE is so bad and the drink is too sour! Excellent customer service provided by the store supervisor. I'm a regular customer at this store, and the store supervisor... always recognizes customers and provides 5 star, tailor-made service. Usually, when I order apple juice in Cf Richmond center?s Jugo juice, they make juice using fresh apple. Serves great smoothies most of the time. One thing that I found a little disturbing, was that the guy working last time handled... cash (coins and bills), and didn't even wash his hands before proceeding to make the customers smoothies. Cash is insanelydirty, and your employees should be taking sanitary measures seriously. Read more
It's a shake and smoothie shop with prepared foods ready to go for lunch. They are a food stall in a food court. Stinks are... quickly mixed together with the regular pre made ingredients then any extras the customer wants. The green shakes are myfavorite though all the shakes are a little too sugared to be considered very healthy. They can make a vegan shake with a littleeffort as they have soy and almond milk as well as vegan proteins. Staff are usually fine. Parking is available from the malllots with the rooftop parking being the closest. There are two major transit hubs close by, the Canada line stop for Brighouseand the bus hub for several different buses. Read more
