Comfortable seating. Note that their takeout menu & dine-in mene are VERY different. We went in because I heard good things... about their bento only to find out that those are take out only. We arrived without a reservation and were seated immediately - 7 of us, mid-week. Waitress was very helpful with the hot pot... menu and our questions. The sesame oil chicken broth was excellent and the slight under-seasoning allowed us to customize ourbowls with the great condiments. We made a reservation at 18:45pm and arrived early witnessed a full house. The waitress forgot about our reservation and gave... our table away. Luckily, the adjacent restaurant, YuTing, was also theirs, so we were transferred to there and we could stillorder food from Jianhu.
