I love IKEA. However, they're missing alot of stock. "Now or never" doesn't apply, when stock is empty. The Golden retriever... puppy Teddy's have been out of stock every single time. Furniture is never in stock. The ribba frames are no longer glass, but athick plastic. As an artist, i don't like the strange appearance of plastic look on my art. There definately is adifference. The size of a small nation. Enough confusing signs to keep you locked within its depths for months. Enough meatballs to drown... your sorrows they you'll never make it out. I have visited IKEA branches in Canada in several provinces. In Alberta, Ontario and British Columbia. In Ontario, like... everything, you feel as if you?re in a small village; everything there is limited despite the great demand. The Burlingtonbranch is miserable, the Vaughan branch is unbearable, and the Ottawa branch is disorganized and messy. In British Columbia, Ivisited the Coquitlam and Richmond branches. Both of them, like the other branches, have been suffering from a constant lack offurniture since the beginning of the Covid closures until today. As someone who has visited IKEA stores in many countriesworldwide, the experience here in Canada is generally poor. Read more
Great location. Most things available and food on the way out. EV chargers are great however they have been damaged for months.... The clip to hold them in-place has snapped off and should be replaced for safe operation! Read more
Very pleasant to walk around and dream on a quiet day! Lots of items out of stock but helpful staff will set you up with alerts... via text for when your items come back into the store! We stopped into the cafeteria for a coffee and snacks. Love that theyscan your vaccination passport! Food is always yummy and inexpensive! Very nice eating area! Read more
How can you not appreciate Ikea ? We wanted a particular bed that wasn?t in stock and they texted me when a few arrived. We... wanted to pay for it online and pick it up but we couldn?t, so I called and they answered right away. The friendly ladyexplained that because there were only four units, they could not guarantee that our order would go through because somebodymight already be in the store picking the items up to purchase as we speak. Sure enough when we got to the Richmond store and aswe were loading our cart with the second last bed, a young man came to pick up the last one. Now that?s customer service. Overthe years we have had nothing but very good experiences with Ikea. Their products are getting better and better all the time.Sorry but I?m not a big fan of their meat balls but they have good and well priced packages of coffee. Read more
Customer service is really good here. Which I considered the most prospective in my opinion or feedback. It?s not the biggest... IKEA I have been in but it?s good place to visit if you are looking for reasonable prices furniture and easy to assemble. Theprices could vary from cost effective to higher prices. I found it?s not the easiest place to locate the washrooms or findingyour way to the cashier. However from my experience with the other countries ikea it?s almost the same. They have dinning placeinside ikea, and I think it?s reasonable price and the serving size of the meal is really ok. Read more
Ikea is both fantastic and Wonderful! I had never visited an ikea Until I started living in Canada and it is sooooo crazy cool... and the food is so fun! They have a Day care inside which is always very fun and safe for children it's also extremely big. Ibought this desk which was reasonably priced And only took me 15 or 20 minutes to build myself which is pretty fast for how bigit is. This desk also has a pair of wheels on one side so it's easy to move around if needed Read more
