I normally go to the one on #5 Road and Steveston due to their exceptional service. I commented that the bowls looked empty... compared to the ones I get from the other store. The worker took offence. I was still going to get it until she proceeded tothrow my food and utensils in the bag and then slam it down in front of me with an attitude. I asked for a refund. My husband and I have been ordering from here at least weekly for the last few years. In the last couple of months, one employee... has started closing down 15+ minutes from close. We saw her turn others away in the past, and tonight she rudely told us and twoother customers that "you must order any hot food 30 minutes before close." This is completely ridiculous as you can ordereverything on the app until 15 mins before close. The women who used to work here in the evenings were wonderful, the recognizedus and other regular customers and even remembered our orders. What happened to them?! I'm giving them the lowest score only because of one single factor. But an important one. Their Infamous smoothie:... Recoverii This smoothie will remind you to your last barf after losing a drinking contest. I feel bad for this franchisee,because their location is nice, the place is clean, they also have their COVID protocol, and I think the rest of their menumight be very good. I've been here 3 times now. The first two times my bowls were very empty and today I watched this girl take nearly 15 mins to... make my wrap. Just my wrap, nothing else. That is way too long, I could've have gone to a sit down restaurant and been servedfaster than this. My wrap is also pretty empty in terms of filing. The other freshii locations aren't like this, I wish I couldlike it but I everytime I come here I am disappointed. Read more
