The best green apple gelato I?ve ever had! It was a hot day and we were walking around the mall when the green apple gelato... caught my eyes! ???? Although it was a little pricy, I think the gelato was the perfect balance of sweet and sour. It was oneof the highlights of my day! Would definitely go again. Absolutely garbage. They served my gelato with huge ice chunks in it. I asked them what it is and they said it was melted water.... Why would gelato have ice chunks it in? Seems like it's either old or improperly stored which could explain my stomach acheafter Read more
I walked away when they said it?s an extra $1 for takeout (for the container instead of the flimsy paper plate that literally... cannot even hold it?s own weight). Carry away is part of the service. Not an added feature you charge for. Not coming back here. Read more
Not gonna come again, horrible experience, the lady work here was so angry and feel annoyed. I am here with my boy and choosing... what he wants for his cone. And stand at the cashier for few mins, no one greet. I know there's someone behind the kitchen, so Iwait abit. But it just taking too long. Then I go and say hello, I saw she was on her phone. Feel so angry (am I disturbingyou?) point on the menu? ask me to pay, while I took the cash, she rolling her eyes, open and close the fridge door with bigBANG! I don't mind she don't even say a word or greeting, but me and my kids shouldn't treat with this kind of attitude. Thisis not even just rude. The scoop is kind of small too, so disappointed about this kind of attitude, if not like about frontdesk job, shouldn't work at this environment. Read more
Good and friendly service, we got the freshn' up crepe, and one with chicken, don't remember the name, but everything was... delicious just like the strawberry sorbet. The place is at the dining terrace inside the Richmond shopping center, coming outthe elevator on your right. Definitely recommend, I haven't tried any sweet crepes but I'm looking forward to do it. Yesterday I was with my friend at the Richmond Center Mall. Since I had appetite for some dessert, my friend led me to the food... court where I went to the ?Crepe Delicious?. I had good experiences with that brand at Metropolis in Metrotown, Burnaby. So, Itried that one. I was very disappointing. First, despite they had larger cups (e.g. ½ litres), the person behind the countertold me that I cannot have more than 3 flavours at once. Second, the taste was not satisfying at all. Despite being not so greatin taste, the Mango flavour was the best of those I bought. My friend and I agreed that the Tiramisu and the Cappuccino flavourswere rather tasteless. They were also not as creamy as a Gelato supposed to be. I do not recommend that store at all. For thathigh price one could expect a better quality and service. Read more
A gelato and crepe place as the name says. The gelato is not made on site but I am told it is not made by a food company. They... do make the crepes in front of you however. The fruit and toppings are usually fresh. The gelato is good and smooth. Some of theflavors are not great. Parking is from the mall lots either on the roof or otherwise. Transit is from the Canada line (finalstop) or the nearby bus hub. Read more
