They made a mistake with our order (too high of a sugar level), but they refused to correct the order. For $8(!) a bubble tea,... you'd think they would care have better customer service and quality assurance. Take your money elsewhere; MANY other betterbubble tea options in the mall with better value and taste. Overpriced, terrible service, and mediocre quality. Read more

Horrible customer service. Workers are ego-driven kids who don't understand that when a customer is unhappy for good reason that... it is their job to 1. Listen to the customer 2. Help remedy the situation. 3. Apologize for making a mistake/misleading thecustomer. Here's what happened: First, I asked for 25% sugar, and she says ok. Second, I asked if the brown sugar bubbles weresweet, she says no they are not sweet. I say great. I then receive a drink that's labelled 50% sugar and the bubbles are verysweet. I go back to the person who I ordered from telling her that there's been a mistake about the sugar level, that it's muchtoo sweet, it should have been 25%. I ask for a substitute drink or a refund. She gives me a different story and says that thereis only either 50% or full sugar levels available with this drink and that actually brown sugar bubbles are sweet. No refund.Lying/misleading a customer to begin was terribly wrong. Proceeding to not offer any apology or refund for the mistake is doublywrong. Turning around to make it look like the customer was in the wrong was really foul, and such a bad move. So many bubbletea places out there that I'll prefer to go to now, who actually deserve my business. Workers here are in dire need of properNorth American customer service training. Read more

Avoid this place at all cost. They don?t listen to your order and give you whatever they think they heard. On asking them to fix... the order, they refuse and force you to take what they made. This would be my last time at chatime. I?ll take my business to the100s of other boba place in the city. What a waste of time and money seriously. Read more

I ordered Jasmine Jade milk tea and asked for half sugar. What I got was a cup of milk tea without any sugar. Brought it back... and told them they made a wrong drink and they said they could open the cup and put sugar in but I'll get a unsealed cup back. Icould not accept it and they said if I want a new cup then I need to pay again. I asked for refund, then they told me they wouldopen the cup and put sugar in and sealed it back for me. It's your own mistake and should be a simple solution that opened thecup, put sugar, and sealed it back.
