In my experience, this store sells good bubble tea with reasonable ice levels. There is a washroom available for paying... customers, although I have seen people simply walk in, use the washroom, and walk out, despite the sign hanging on the washroomdoor. There is also seating available for paying customers, with some tables at the side and more at the back. The atmosphereis decent, with music (the genre changes now and then) playing in the background and pretty good lighting. My go-to drinks atthis Chatime are roasted milk tea, golden age milk tea, and iron goddess milk tea, with the additional topping ofpearls. However, I have also tried their honey green tea, Thai milk tea, milk tea, matcha milk tea, brown rice green milk tea,golden lily milk tea, jasmine jade green milk tea, brown sugar pearl milk tea, and Genmaicha milk tea. I have varied my icelevels and sugar levels, and based on my subjective experience (this may differ for other visitors) their drinks are reallytasty. Often I go around busy after school hours (either walking there or by car), and the line can stretch out the door. Thiscould speak to its popularity or simply its accessibility, though I won't make any assumptions. The quality of service varieswith the staff, but (at least recently) they have consistently reminded me to check the screen for my order, which I doappreciate. Overall, this is one of my favorite places to get bubble tea, but I do know that not everyone has had the bestexperience here (according to the other reviews) and would advise anyone reading my review to consider their reviews as well fora fuller picture of this store. This was my first time ever at a Chatime, I didn't know what to get, so I asked the cashier which drink she would recommend. I... think her name was Chantal. She recommended the Pearl Milk Tea, so I ordered that, and I was pleased with what I got. Overall,Chantal is a very friendly and helpful cashier who provided a memorable experience, which is why I thought this place deserved a5 star review. Their drinks always taste different . My brown sugar oat latte with pearls and espresso shot, it's taste stronger favour of... coffee a day before.. I paid almost $11 for this drinks. Read more
Greater attention to customers waiting. Stopped by to purchase 2 drinks. The store had 1 customer ahead of me who purchased 3 or... 4 drinks. As his order was getting made I placed my order and stepped aside next to him. He was waiting on the last drink whenwhat appeared to be my 2 cups was placed on the counter. The cashier saw them but proceeded to assist the next customers inline. Another employee called out the number of the customer prior to me and he left. The cashier had assisted 2 other customersafter me and both got their orders as I stood facing the cashier. I ended up having to inquire about my order as a 3rd customerwas waiting on their order. This is something I need to share for my first and last experience. I had $2.50 social tea app to redeem my drink value. The... stupid staff insisted I only have $2.49. They cannot make any exemptions due to their redeem policy. I requested no sealed lidand I want to use plastic lid. They said it?s out of stocks. They forgot to give me credit card receipt and I request again.They kept on saying they cannot reprint it for me. Overall, the workers are totally rubbish and I will not return after thisunpleasant experience and unskillful service.
