All the chairs are dirty and broken. Extremely slow services, even we are the only table of customer there. No greetings, no... please and no thank you from the server. The lady server was black face all the time. Read more
Kitchen crazy slow. Deep fried mushrooms w/too much seasoning, needs 2 jugs of water to balance. Baaad Squash in the hot pot.
Staff are really nice, friendly and fast. Came here a several times and they all really busy but their staff still keep their... smiles on their face. Price is average, kinda good deal for dinner but not really interested with their bubble tea!! Read more
Visited for a quick bbt fix and got a peach milk tea - it was really good. Though i wasn?t asked for ice/sugar levels, it tasted... good for my liking. Also got a Oreo bubble waffle and salty chicken nuggets- both were really good. Reasonably priced menu withother food items on menu and definitely going back. Went for a take out but decided to dine in and the service was good. It wasclose to their closing time but they didn?t rush us. Read more
My girlfriend brought me here. I thoight it was going to be a standard bubble tea place but it was also a full service... restaurant. Dine in or take out is in place. Food is Chinese with full meals and snacks and a pretty impressive BBT menu withall the fixings you would want. They do ice and sugar levels which is always nice. We had chicken nuggets, Chinese pancake withbeef roll, and taro bubble tea. All were excellent. Service was good the location was clean. Oddly they were playing 90's to2000s songs, like the cranberries which ibalso enjoyed. $$ Read more

Great service, food came in good time, and all was tasty. Also, there?s a lot of parking at Union Square. Glad I now know where... to go for good Taiwanese food in Richmond. Too bad it?s only cash or debit. I had just enough change on me. Phew! Read more
