On Sunday night around 8:15pm, I want to buy some burgers for dinner, but it was closed. I then check the website said that it?s... supposed to close at 9:00pm, just wondering if the website is wrong or the business is slow that the staffs are trying to getoff earlier. Need to drive to McDonald?s to get my food, hope A&W can update the website or train the staff to be punctual. Read more
The burgers are good, the fries are good. Overpriced compared to other chains and not justified I think. What I didn't like the... most was the place. It looks like a cheaper random burger restaurant, not an A&W which is supposed to present a well definedimage. I mean, part of the chain restaurants is the experience, not just the food. Also, the menu isn't very clear andapparently the root beer is more expensive than other drinks but you realize that until you check your receipt. I payed like 4DLLs more than I think I was supposed to. I don't know. I wouldn't go again. Read more

We ordered a kids chicken strips combo with an extra strip. The cashier clearly didn't know how to do it and instead of asking,... kept messing it up. We ordered for 4 people and the price was clearly wrong and took 10 minutes to fix. Finally we got themanager and she was so rude. It was a simple order that many other locations managed to do without issue. They need to traintheir staff better. Also, the bathroom needed a key and was filthy. Haven?t been there in two years and I was more than surprised by how bad the food is now. It used to be my favorite fast food... joint. Cannot believe this burger cost me $8. Beef is overcooked and the cheese is nowhere near melt. Someone must have justslapped the cheese on and called it a day. Read more
Poor service. A long lineup is waiting just for taking orders. Tables are dirty and no staff will clean the tabes. Five... staffs are working in the kitchen and still waiting more than 10 mins n still waiting. After 15 mins I got my food but thecoffee is still not ready. She still asked me about my coffee order. I won't tell anyone to come to this seaaie a&w location onno1 rd A month after, today Saturday morning, I come back to this location. The service has improved 100%. Of the four A and W in richmond I went so far , This one is the best taste for food. Room for improving coffee. The other two... in food court, you may skip . I live so close to this A&W but this one is the worst A&W I have ever seen. They are taking advantage of The Covid policy... blocked the seats in the restaurant and patio for eating in customers , only left a little bit seats , the true reason is thatin this way they don?t need to clean more . Most of the staff there are young people, they are irresponsible, very laid back,very freedom, they don?t care about the customers. This Tuesday I was there , standing long time , but no body wanted to help meorder. One young guy was mopping the floor, two young girls were in the kitchen, they all saw me , but they just let me standingthere . At that time, I just finished the long day work, felt so hungry.....
