It was quite busy when we went here and they handled everything so well, they were super nice to us and everyone else and were... happy to fix any mistakes. I love this location. I didn't catch their name, but thank you to the person at the drive thru today (10/22/22 around 1:00PM)... who took the time to recommend me a drink and waited to see if I liked it. They really made my day and deserve a raise! Read more

Don?t waste your time on this location. It is by far the slowest and not the friendliest either, the employees act like they are... lost. I spent 10 minutes at the menu just waiting to order today with only one car ahead of me. I had high hopes when they got anew manager and things moved faster shortly after, that things would stay that way but sadly, it?s went back to how it was. Iwill not be returning. Read more

Absolutely love this location. The young people who run the show are friendly and professional. Using the mobile order system is... a breeze, not sure why everyone doesn?t pre-order! Plus you get reward points for more drinks on their mobile app! Read more

They were very nice but absurdly slow. We did a mobile order and NOTHING was ready. We waited longer than people who were just... ordering at the window. I've never had such slow service. The English muffin was still cold for the sandwich and there was nobacon on the avocado toast (which was paid for, clearly). I'd avoid this location, especially at busy times. Read more

For a brand new location it is disappointing to have leaking issues that are dripping on to the counter top into a small cup... right by the register. Then having associates ignore the register for just drive through till there is a line and then not evencomplete orders in order. Associates need to focus on proper work distribution and completion of tasks before creating a massivequeue while taking their sweet time in completing them. Including management staff that stand around joking while the lobby andthe drive through back up. Lack of staff is not an excuse for failure to work effectively, efficiently and in a proper pace. 20 minutes for two cars to make it through the drive-through, and there were still two ahead of me. Was not planning on waiting... another 20 minutes to get my coffee. I could?ve brewed two or three pots by myself in the time it took them to serve twocustomers. This place is unbelievable! Not the first time but it will be the last time I go there.
