Drive thru line was wrapped all around the building. I went inside. Still a long wait and I was the only person in line. Right... when I was finally ordering. There was 7 more people that walked in at once. The kid working the counter was took my order andthen prepping my order. There was a lot of inpatient people in line. The people in line are waiting to order. I told the kid hewas doing a great job, but recommended to the kid that he should take more people's orders first before prepping the food.They're in line to order food. Once they order, they are now waiting on food. He was just overwhelmed and I get it. Read more
Great food, you just might want to look up and make sure they are open. The restaurant has had early closes to give employees... time off. This has been a restaurant chain decision. Read more
My husband had to wait for the chicken to be cooked and then wait more because they chose to ignore him. One employee showed... some attitude but the manager stepped in...after all this our order which was supposed to be all thighs was a regular 8piece.... discovered after he got home. So happy that we have Bojangles in Richlands and I don't have to drive ALL the way to Jacksonville. Every time I go they're... always busy and I'll keep going because the tenders are delicious. And I'm really liking the new creamy buffalo sauce; just theright amount of kick. Read more
Ordered 2 breast meal. Bit in to a bloody piece of chicken. Both pieces way under cooked. Waited 15 minutes for replacement... pieces and they also under cooked. Manager had an attitude when I asked for my money back. Horrible Read more
5 stars for the cashier. She was the only one working the front and she was fast nice, and accommodating, Anyaha I think is he... name. Was definitely getting busy and she could've used some help, hope she got it, and a raise. Food was very good! Read more
We're in Richlands on vacation, and we've been trying a bunch of food that we don't have at home. We went through the drive... through on our first night here and actually went again yesterday. The staff are so wonderful, kind to us and our dog who was inthe car. Super fast, everything has been hot and delicious. Definitely worth stopping in! Read more
