Zips is a favorite restaurant of ours. I've always had friendly and helpful service. The burgers are really good. The double... cheese burger is my favorite! The tartar sauce is great! They have a large variety of flavors of milkshakes and icecream treats.Pepsi product fountain drinks and lemonade available, too. They have recently remodeled the seating area and I like it! I finally figured out why sometimes the chicken strips were great and other times they were terrible and almost burnt. It turns... out my wife was picking up the chicken strips that were great from the Zip?s location by Clover Island in Kennewick and theburnt chicken strips are from this Zip?s location just north of the mall. Maybe this location should ask the other location howto make the chicken strips correctly. Read more

I wanted the fish sandwich, but they were out of fish, so I got the two-cheeseburger meal. Nothing was horribly bad, but the... quality was mediocre. The shake was fairly good, but the cheese burgers just weren't that good and were probably about thequality of a regular hamburger of ???? s. So I usually don't do fast food, chain restuarants. But here I am in Washington and I've never been to one of these restaurants.... It turns out these are pretty good burgers. You gotta go double meat with cheese and bacon. Greasy but not to greasy. At least a3 napkin burger. The sides were also above average. Fries, tater tots, and fried pickles, you cant go wrong with any of them.Don't know where else you can find a Zip's, but if your in this part of Washington state, it's a pretty good burger. Read more
I decided to try Zip's since it was located across the street from where I was staying. I enjoyed the fun Halloween decorations,... La Llorona was really legit. The Bacon Cheese Burger wasn't the best I have ever had but it was good and filling. The fries wereplentiful and not over cooked. I did enjoy the Coffee Shake immensely. The fish was severly over priced and the burger was over cooked but when we called to have it taken Care of the manager on duty... (Tina) Did a great job with us and gave us a full refund but the hassle of having to call them and take it back should havenever happened. They should at least let you know you're only getting 2 small pieces of fish in the single halibut basket for$18 !!!! (put a quarter by it to show the size) Now the burger.... Well honestly, it looked like it had been sitting there forawhile that's after it had been on the grill way too long (burnt on the edges) Absolutely no pride in their job the napkins werejust crammed in the bag & almost unuseable, very disappointed, we really use to love this place now we will never be going back,so sad!!! I barely eat out, but when i do treat myself, this is my go-to, very nice and clean, Rebecca was VERY friendly and kind. It was... very clean and cozy inside. The perks of dining inside were free refills on your beverage and unlimited tartar sauce, fry sauce,and ketchup. The tartar sauce is my favorite, especially dipping my papa joe in highly recommended!
