The food here is just not their no more..I don't complain much but the last two times I have been their it was the same thing. A... while back got a Belly Buster and it was cold as ice like they already cooked it and it just sat their off to the side in tellsome body ordered one.. This time I got a Poppa Joe and the same thing. The meat is never cooked right and the ham was notcooked at all. The lettice is a way to hide the taste. I have been coming here since 1980. It was my first time ever going to a Zips, and my friends had highly recommended it. Ordered a cheeseburger and fries. The... cheeseburger was not even warm, and it was honestly worse than a McDonald's cheeseburger. I didn't know that was possible. Twostars because the fries were okay and the fry sauce was yummy. I'll give them another chance sometime, since it was only 15minutes until closing when we went. Maybe I caught them at an uncharacteristically bad time. Read more
The food was good but it was difficult for the person to hear me over the intercom through the drive-thru so they actually gave... me the wrong food. I ordered onion rings and they gave me fried mushrooms which were actually delicious but I think maybe theyshould upgrade their speaker system. Read more
My order had the burger patty at the bottom of the bag outside of the bun with the cheese stuck to the bag itself... Seriously?!... Also, no condiments or napkins. Why is it that everyone thinks they deserve $15/hr, but can't perform simple tasks? Read more
It was ok for an old school burger joint. We got the papa joe special but wish I had chosen something else. The burger was kinda... meh. The fried mushrooms have too much breading. Decided last minute to hit zips drive thru for dinner tonight where my daughter and I watched a female worker that was behind... the counter blew her nose then hand food out the drive thru window. She did not wash her hands or even use a dab of sanitizer toat least clean her hands before touching the food to bag it up. Maybe she doesn't understand where she works and that peopletrust her with their food its not just nasty but totally unsanitary. Please do better at this zips in richland.
