So they are inconsistent with their food and service. I was served raw fries. I was also asked if I could have only drumsticks... as they had them cooked. I actually prefer wings, so I declined to eat there already cooked food that had been sitting therefor who knows how long. The Drumsticks were actually dry. I funny know if the picture depicts the dryness. As I watched thenhand delved dine in orders, I was called to the front by the manager to come get my food. I was delivered the next batch offries not extra crispy as I asked for. But at least they were cooked this time. I would have to say. This place needs somehelp. If there's another location go there. Really good wings. We had a meal for 2, choosing Louisiana Rub and Mango Habanero - a dry and a saucy. Both were really good.... The rub spices were a super tasty combination. The mango habanero had a good amount of spice, loved them. I really enjoyed thefries are cut with peel on them. The fries were a little too salty. I washed them down with my diet ginger ale with raspberry.Thus location has one of those choose-from-everything soda dispensers. I have a love/hate relationship with these machines. Idon't want my ginger ale coming out the same spout as Pepsi, and it's annoying when your drink doesn't pour but the displayisn't clear that flavor is out; but I love that there are so many more choices. This was a meet up gathering, so we ate in. Theyhave a decent amount of tables, but for me, they are uncomfortably close together, so I preferred a window seat. A couple of thetables needed to be wiped down, but I assume they are struggling with lack of staff, like everyone is, these days. The wings are big and meaty. The mild sauce wasn't too favorable but the lemon pepper rub was very good. The fries were... delicious. It was clean and the wait time wasn't long at all. Read more

They were really nice all the workers seemed to get along well smiling and being very courteous. The wings were great. As I was... waiting for my order seeing people in the kitchen enjoying themselves while working as a team. Jeremy and JR were super nice andthe owners should be proud of their hard working team. We had a huge group and the gals at the register were really patient with us and Uber helpful. Wings were tasty we opted for... bone in which is a little more than bone out. Meal packs can come with drinks, veggie sticks and fries (which are delish). Thetables and restrooms were very clean. Read more
Would have gave 4 or 5 stars if they wouldn't have messed up our to go order which we didn't figure out till we got home. We... ordered the 36 piece family meal with 12 parmesan and herb and 24 of their regular buffalo sauce. The buffalo were supposed tobe extra done and the parmesan done regular. They did just the opposite. The parmesan ones tasted wierd the buffalo sausage wasgood but wings weren't cooked right. The fries had so much salt and herbs on them I almost choked. Completely inedible fries. Iknow this sounds like a bad review but I do like the place. When they get it right they are really good. Read more
