The Kozy Kup is my new favorite locally owned coffee shop. The atmosphere is relaxing usually not too overcrowded and the sofas... make any length of stay comfortably enjoyable. My new favorite coffee is The Koffee Kup! If your looking for something full offlavor with a little fizz and you typically drink cold brew coffee then you have to try this one! If you\'re looking forsomething a little more energy drink related then you have to have The No-Kap Kup with vanilla cold foam on top. \"No lie\"it\'s the best energy drink I\'ve had in a while! I’m all for supporting small businesses but sometimes local business make it hard to do so.\n\nThe barista told me the energy... drinks are 20oz. I questioned her because it’s clear it’s NOT. See picture for proof. This is an untouched energy drink. They are not even 16 oz.\n\nI went in for the promotion of buy one free and tell me how am I supposed to know that the energydrinks only come in 20oz. I didn’t know that they only came in 20oz, if I would’ve known I wouldn’t have ordered them toget the BOGO promotion. Instead, I pay full price because I feel bad that you’ll have to dump your product. Your baristasdon’t tell you or offer help at all. They don’t find solutions for you and don’t suggest any tips or help. The baristatells me that they’ve been having issues with people not “understanding” the promotion yet doesn’t do anything to adviceme or ask me if I’m there for the promotion or not. That’s common sense when you have such promotion going on. People, specially NOT regulars will not know your menu to begin with.\n\nWord of advice, get them retrained or invest in training. Irather go to to a corporate coffee shop where they’ll do the right thing by the customer and have a smile and friendlyattitude when I enter their doors.\n\nManagement, please contact me. Read more

absolutely incredible spot, found it by accident when a starbucks had no available charging outlets! remarkably cheap for the... kinds of drinks they\'re making, they have such unique combinations of ingredients & im working on trying them all. from mudwater, drip coffee, espresso, protein shakes to stuffed bagels warm muffins & parfait cups, kozy kup is kind of a personalheaven. i\'ve spent double digit hours in the store sitting with my laptop on their array of seating options. tables, two couchcircles, and a raised bar that allows you to look out the window; all of which have outlets! (such a big thing for me in coffeeshops.) baristas are always adorable, both in the way they interact with customers & each other. they also provide punch cards,10 drinks & the 11th is free. not a feat at all with the variety of product & a great way to keep people coming back. myfavorites are the kandi cup & the kloud cup. can\'t wait to try more Read more

I get my hair done next door at Origami Salon so I started coming here before my appointments. The shop is so cute and the staff... is very friendly! Their drinks are delicious too. I fell in love with their Red Bull firecracker drink, which was a Julyspecial. Now I’ll drive out of my way across town just to go get one. Even though it’s not on the menu anymore, the baristasare super nice and make it for me. It’s so good and the drink even sparkles! Read more

Good place to gather with friends. Comfortable seating, friendly service. I didn\'t have anything to eat, so can\'t comment on... their food. My drink was hotter than I prefer, but now I know to accept their offer of ice to add to my cup. Returned on a hotJuly day to get an iced drink (lavender lemonade) that was delicious. Read more
