9:40am ordered a 2 breakfast crush rap with jalapeño creamy sauce and didn?t add the sauce. At 9:30am I had ordered a bacon... crush rap and they didn?t add the sauce. At first I thought it was me not ordering right, so I got 2 more and I specificallytold them to add it and they did not. I got off to tell them to add it and all 3 female employees were incredibly rude and gaveus just a portion of one of them. 3 rude employees are a terrible combo. Today I went in for lunch with my wife and friend. We decided to get Long John Silver?s and have the coconut shrimp combo. When... our orders came up, The three orders were in communal boxes. I asked why They were not in separate boxes as we had ordered threeseparate meals. The young man who was helping me got snotty towards me and said well you can just eat it like it is. I askedthem to give me three new separate orders and as I watched, they began to take a part what they had already made and put them ina separate boxes. I was shocked that they were retouching the food just to give it back to me. I asked to speak to the manager(Joann) who came back and asked me what I expected them to do, I said give me three new orders. She said what?s wrong justseparating the food they use gloves. Horrible customer experience. They messed up our order through the drive thru and when I went inside to get my order fixed, they... told me that the lobby was closed (even though they are open for take out...) I told them that they messed up my order and shetold me that I had to go through the drive thru so they could help me. She then followed me to the door and locked it after Ileft. As I looked out to the drive thru, there was a massive line and I had to wait forever for them to help me. They finallygot it right. When I got home to eat, my food was soggy due to us waiting so long and a burrito that I ordered was mostlytortilla... there was like little to no meat in my Crunchwrap (see picture). There were huge chunks of lettuce hearts that werenot appetizing. It?s fast food, so what more can I expect, but these workers with no sense of customer service are getting paid$13.50 an hour!! If I was the employer, I?d be a bit more selective on who I hired, or maybe have a better training system fortheir employees. Guess they lost a customer at least for a while. Read more
I typically come every other week to get a deluxe cravings box or any box for that matter. But last time they forgot the... Chalupa. No big deal, called in and they said they give it to me next time.
