I have come to this location 3 times now and haven't had a great experience any of those times. The first time I went through... the drive thru their ordering machine was down. The second time, I see both employees outside smoking while I'm ordering andwhen im done ordering and pull up to the window they are still outside smoking, when they went in they never addressed me oropened the window. The third time I went through similar situation, I ordered, I hear my order beeping waiting to be acceptedfor at least 5-10 min and again no one opens the window to say they are working on my order or anything. The fourth time I wentthrough, again same thing, not addressed, and the lady has the audacity to ask for a tip when they never talked to me or washospitable in any way. They just handed me a bag. Sorry but the customer service is absolutely terrible here. Also the last timeI got food it was way over salted and not toasted that much like they took it out too soon. I usually love subway and have hadno issues at other locations. If you are thinking of going to this location, dont expect good customer service and attitude fromthe employees. Oh, and expect a wait as they dont seem to value their customers. Its a bummer because this is the closestlocation to where I live, but I think I'll be going to a different location next time. After giving this location 4 chances,it's been a huge disappointment. Read more

Sandwich had hardly any meat or vegetables on it. Three 6" subs with chips and small drinks cost us 48 dollars. We won't be... back. Read more

Went to this location drive-thru on at Tuesday at 2pm. 2 women workers sat on the drive-thru curb smoking (the smoke was coming... into my car while i was trying to order on the touch screen AND their back subway door was propped open so all the smoke wasgoing in there as well). Placed my order and went to the window and waited 6 mins (no car in front of me) and no one ever cameto the window. I assumed they were still out smoking, so I left! Hopefully the car behind me was helped...I went to Costa Vidaright next door and walked in and out and the car behind me at Subway was still sitting at the window. Read more

I will never recommend for anyone to go to this location. I went through the drive thru and did not notice until I got home but... they added a tip to my order and I?ve been trying to get this situation solved since November. It?s been 5+ months and I?m stilltrying to get my money back from the tip I did NOT authorize!! Read more

As far as quality, freshness, and all the things you would expect from Subway, no complaints & better than some I've been to. I... rated only as 3 stars because I went in with cash (a $20 bill). The employee needed to buy quarters from her safe with my $20payment prior to paying off my order with the bill, because all of their registers were almost out of money, apparently bothpaper and coin, & the $20 I had was the style that had been going on since I believe 1929 and ended in '96 when the new colorful$20 came out. **If you have an age like mine then you know what I mean & unlike a lot of newer generation individuals, may havenever seen one before :-). Apparently the safe does not accept bills that are not "new" Styles, so she stated they could nottake my cash. I explained that while I understood it was not her fault, it was absolutely ridiculous given it is real money &had she not needed to buy quarters with the money I was paying for my sandwiches with (getting change back also) that it wouldhave gone into her register & would not have made a difference whatsoever. I had to go to another fast food restaurant acrossthe parking lot, thank you Dairy Queen on Gage Boulevard! And ask if they would be kind enough to replace the old style $20 thatI was given from Roasters a few days prior in exchange for a "new" style $20 at the suggestion of the adorable young peopleworking at the time :-) and have it exchanged. Thankfully not having to make a purchase @ DQ also to do the exchange. Then walkback to present my "acceptable" $20 and then waited about 6 minutes for the young gall to get off the phone in the back to pay.My sandwiches were done & I was not able to leave with them for an additional 27 minutes. There is definitely something thatneeds to change or if unable to accept old style bills, signage, ask before making how the customer is paying, something? Ishouldn't have to use a debit/credit card for a place that still (amid Covid) allows you to pay in cas Read more

This is the best Subway I've been to in a long time. I like a lot of parmesan cheese on my sub, and they were the first ones to... actually take the lid off their shaker and dump the cheese on. Very nice people, it makes me want to not eat at Subway until I'min Tri-Cities. Read more
