I have come to this location 3 times now and haven't had a great experience any of those times. The first time I went through... the drive thru their ordering machine was down. The second time, I see both employees outside smoking while I'm ordering andwhen im done ordering and pull up to the window they are still outside smoking, when they went in they never addressed me oropened the window. The third time I went through similar situation, I ordered, I hear my order beeping waiting to be acceptedfor at least 5-10 min and again no one opens the window to say they are working on my order or anything. The fourth time I wentthrough, again same thing, not addressed, and the lady has the audacity to ask for a tip when they never talked to me or washospitable in any way. They just handed me a bag. Sorry but the customer service is absolutely terrible here. Also the last timeI got food it was way over salted and not toasted that much like they took it out too soon. I usually love subway and have hadno issues at other locations. If you are thinking of going to this location, dont expect good customer service and attitude fromthe employees. Oh, and expect a wait as they dont seem to value their customers. Its a bummer because this is the closestlocation to where I live, but I think I'll be going to a different location next time. As usual, horrific, sandwich not like picture. Staff rude.
Went to this location drive-thru on at Tuesday at 2pm. 2 women workers sat on the drive-thru curb smoking (the smoke was coming... into my car while i was trying to order on the touch screen AND their back subway door was propped open so all the smoke wasgoing in there as well). Placed my order and went to the window and waited 6 mins (no car in front of me) and no one ever cameto the window. I assumed they were still out smoking, so I left! Hopefully the car behind me was helped...I went to Costa Vidaright next door and walked in and out and the car behind me at Subway was still sitting at the window. Read more
