This is in store Starbucks has tumbled downhill since the COVID. Training is shabby and counter is always a mess. Today they... made me a coffee with no coffee, last time same lady made me wrong flavor. But it?s hard to get a redo because she can?t talkand chew gum so it takes her forever. One day I sashayed to the coffee bar with only one lady awaiting her drink and I askedfor a coffee and was meet by a loud pitched voice yelling at me that she was only one person there and couldn?t handle it. Thislady trains new people! I saw her co-worker still in view looking back at her and shaking her head as she scurried form herinept co-worker for a much needed break I am sure. Once they told me they have to share tips with people in deli who never makecoffee. Starbucks should really shed their relationship with FM. Recently I visited a FM Starbucks in Portland who said theydon?t keep chairs out anymore because of shooting at this store. Except the shooting didn?t happen in the seating section atRichland FM and Richland still has a seating section. Management needs to streamline this operation and provide a dedicatedstaff to run this and be able to keep their tips. Starbucks should have a knockoff name like Bucks for these less than averagehalf way ran grocery stores. I have to admit the Safeway Starbucks inside the north Richland store has a much better record forme. I just wish you could get a real cup of coffee while shopping here. It also looks like they don?t have enough time for setup and much much time is used to make fellow coworker coffee who order in advance and the help here can?t handle that either.You may see one worker walk away with a tray of drinks as you wait for the slow no side work done barista. It?s a real messhere. I?ll try again in a couple months because there?s always a revolving door for help here. Read more
This Fred Meyer Starbucks is really nice but these two workers Anne and Cheyanne are exceptional. They both are so hard working... and definitely give it their best, each time I come here you see them multitasking making orders, and taking orders, whilegiving great service.
