Closed. Safeway Starbucks nearby is not capable of making more than one drink in 5 minutes. I know because I stood at the... counter for five minutes before I was noticed. No one in line. Two teens ordered one drink each sometime before me. They wereat the delivery counter. The two baristas were chatting away as I was stood waiting to order. Then one barista addressed meand said, "It will be three minutes." ..... Before we are finished with orders and take yours. Read more
