I use the Starbucks app frequently and for most locations it?s fine. It seems like every time I order literally anything at this... location, when I go inside to pick up my drink I get berated by the barista for what I ordered (and it?s a different one everytime). The one this morning scolded me for not ordering my grande drink in a venti cup ?because long shots fill up a shot glass?or something. Mind you, I?ve ordered the same exact drink at multiple locations and there hasn?t been an issue. She left out theice because of this and I don?t think she put any flavor in it. I told her she could put it in a venti cup if she needed to butfor some reason she didn?t want to. There was one morning where a different barista practically yelled in front of everyone atme and I almost left in tears because I ordered the blonde roast drip coffee before 5:30 am and apparently they only have itavailable for a few hours between 5:30 and 8 am. This location is the closest to my house but from now on I will drive the extra5 minutes to the other George Washington way location. They have a drive through and don?t seem to have an issue when I orderanything customized or not exactly how it comes on the menu. Read more

This place needs to hire staff that are good with people and don't walk around like zombies. I felt sorry for what looked like... the store manager, he couldn't get any one of the ladies motivated to be upbeat and to act like they wanted to be there. This place one my favorite Starbucks locations in Tricities. I love here. It has both indoor and outdoor seating. The staff at... this Starbucks are so friendly. Coffee and other drinks are the same with other Starbucks? - exception the merchandise. Lately,I had a London Fog here and it was so good. So go check here out! Went to Starbucks this morning after hearing everyone say the medicine ball is amazing and I love tea! I ask for it iced because... I never drink hot drinks, and the lady checking me out asks the barista on bar if they can make it iced? he was clearly annoyed& said ?I can but it?s going to take 5 minutes? and I said that?s fine, I can wait. Then he goes here?s your tea & as I saythank you, he completely ignores me. No one says bye or have a nice tea. I?m sorry the tea needed to seep while you did otherthings. Maybe change your attitude. My daughter and I come in here to get cream frappes, hot cocoa, Caramel apple cider, and food! We LOVE the pastries and cake... pops! Most of all we love the employees! They?re all so nice, patient, and go the extra mile to serve you! Read more
If you order delivery from this location, expect your order to be lacking in some way. Really disappointing considering the add... ons for coffee are almost a dollar a piece and they consistently forget to add them. So I end up paying for things I?m notgetting Read more
Plastic atmosphere. Good not great coffee. But great baked goods.
