I have ordered pizza and wings at this Pizza Hut 30 times in the last year. I order two ranches for the wings every time. They... have not shown up 1 time with the order. I make the driver go back to get them but it?s not there fault the store isfraudulently ?forgetting? to send the ranch that you paid for to make an extra buck. It probably adds up to 300-500 a night inprofit. It?s not accidental if it?s consistent. I have even driven to the store being in management myself to talk to themanager about how if it?s accidental to do some training to make sure the order is complete. Ored my pizza and drive home to see we got the wrong pizza. When speaking to the manager Rene he stated I sould have checked the... pizza before I left, that it my fault and I was just trying to place the blame on them. Last I checked it is 100% their fault. Asimple appoligy would have done along with a refund for the pizza. I ask for the district managers number and was told, I am notgiving it to you..look it up. Horrible especially for $55 pizza.
