I would like to commend an employee that works at your Richland, Washington location on Gage BLVD. Her name is Autumn, she is... the epitome of what every employee should be. She is polite, courteous, friendly and at the same time has a professionaldemeanor! I am requesting that the management of this location recognize her for her dedication and hard work she does for thislocation. This Gage Blvd location is the worse store I have been to. If you order pizzas at 1 pm to be picked up at 4 pm your pizzas will... not be ready. All of the employees were in the back including the manager laughing and carrying on while us customers werewaiting for someone to come help us. The floors were wet and slippery the sign was not where anyone would have noticed it, itwas in a corner, a couple of us almost slipped. Finally one employee came out, we had to stand there just to make sure we gotthe toppings we paid for... Usually they skimp you on your toppings. It was just one huge hassle I will not go through again.Next time I will definitely go to one of the other locations, not this one. Read more
