I wanted to like this because the workers were nice, but there were a lot of nasty messages written all over the store from the... management to the employees. I do not like supporting places that aren?t respectful and kind to their workers, and it?s reallyconcerning how publicly all the messages were broadcasted. Hope they find kinder management. Read more

Terrible customer service. I really love Papa John's Pizza but this location on Van Geisen is messed up. Looks like Iam not the... only one that feels that way by looking at the reviews. I always order from the Gage location but Iam not in their delivery areanow. Won't be using these guys again. Read more
Their order takers are efficient in their job. They always get my order right and sometimes the pizza is ready earlier than... quoted on the phone. The pizzas taste great and the deals they come out with are affordable. Yummy desserts, too! Highlyrecommend. Read more
Every single time I have ordered from them, I was told I would wait about 20-30 minutes, and they always deliver in about 15-20.... They have the best and friendliest staff in the Tri-cities. This Papa Johns cares about its customers. Great pizza and great specials. Our family has always really enjoyed Papa John's... pizza. I also like to ad the occasional Buffalo chicken wings with our pizza order, my kids really seem to like them too. Ourpreference is the thin crust.
