Ordered the signature take chicken sandwich and if their signature is a small flavorless sandwich then I guess they nailed that.... I?d rather have paid $13 for a McChicken. The other sandwiches we ordered were not good. The food is way over priced for whatyou get. I?m not picky and I have never given a bad yelp review for food but I hope this saves some people some money. Needlessto say I won?t eat at a Panera again. Read more
I don't usually post negative reviews, but I'm still bothered by my experience at Panera, and I used to go there often. I... ordered through GrubHub, and they forgot a $12 sandwich, and they would not deliver it, nor refund the money, unless I wentthere in person to collect the $12. I would have to waste an hour of my time (saving time was a major reason for having the fooddelivered), and I would also have to waste fuel, to go there and back in person. (I had tipped the delivery driver more than$12--it wasn't about the money.) I let them keep the $12, and I never got my sandwich. They seemed not to care at all. Read more

Ordered a $35 family feast, half of the salad was rotten (not just wilted) and the whole baguette was missing.
We ordered two pecan twists and extra tuna on the sandwich that we did not receive. They had me on hold for a total of 10... minutes (not once, but twice) to go check the tablet to make sure that they put the extra scoop of tuna on. Came back on thephone and argued with me. They told me I could bring back the sandwich. I did get the twist put on the books but here are thepictures. Maybe you can decide for yourself whether or not we got the extra tuna. Super disappointed we added up the total ofhow much we were jipped and it was over $6. It's not about the money it's about the principal. Panera made a small mistake on our complicated order (left avocados in a sandwich we asked for no avocados). Whatever, no big... deal. HOWEVER, the staff was extremely accommodating when we brought it up to them. They immediately apologized and startedprepping a replacement. No bickering, no need to see a receipt or blame us, nothing negative. When they brought out thereplacement, it was a full sandwich instead of a half, and they included some extra chips and cookies! While it seems thislocation may struggle with some details of orders (other negative reviews seem to have this in common), this Panera certainlygoes above and beyond to correct any mistake on anyone's account. I spent $25 on two pick 2 meals. I got "bowls" (about 1 cup each) of chicken noodle soup and 2 half beef and white cheddar... sandwiches (total weight wasn't even 2oz per sandwich). The pick 2 meals came with hunks of dry bread, also.The sandwiches hadalmost no meat. It was all bread and, surprisingly, horseradish. No cheese flavor whatsoever. All we could taste was bread andhorseradish. The entire meal was basically just soup, a hunk of dry bread, and horseradish flavored bread. Super disappointedand won't be going back anytime soon.... Tonight marks my 6th attempt of going here and being disappointed. They are always out of soups and for some reason never have... the bread bowls anymore but continue to advertise as if they have them. Sucks because the food is good, however, without fail,anytime I come here, they don?t hardly have any food to serve it seems like. Read more
