Currently waiting for 20 mins in the drive thru, three cars ahead of me. Same car has been at the window since I got here. I... don't know if the person ordered a bunch of pizzas or what, but I have watched tons of cars leave. If I wasn't blocked in byfour cars I would leave. Your "hot and never ready" pizzas are not worth that long of wait But wait it gets worse, after themtelling me I had to wait ten minutes for my pizza, I get to the window and she says oh it's going to be a wait for that sausageI said how's it going to be a wait when you told me 10 minutes wait at the speaker and I've been in your drive-thru for 25minutes since I ordered my food and then they forget my crazy bread and then she blames me for not ordering it and yet I gotcharged $18 for two pizzas. Not only was it an hour waiting for it, but the Hawaiin was burnt. Showed up to ask about it and wow...they didn't push the... buttons in order to let me know it was done. So I got not only burnt pizza. I got cold, done for over an 40 minutes pizza. Andthe crazy bread wasn't ready on top of everything! Was told to wait 5 minutes in the car. Waited and waited. Went in again andthey gave us burnt crazy bread without the sauce that I paid for. I want my money back for my order. Store order # 424027 andstore number #739.
