I hated my last vist!!! 20 min wait for chicken and 10 min for biscuits . They offered to sub fingers. But then I didnt get... the coleslaw, napkins, butter or honey even tho I asked if they were in the bag and was told yes! Every time I go there theexperience is worse than the time before. The last few times we have eaten here they have been out of one thing or another or unable fill our order correctly. The staff... was very friendly but you could tell they have to deal with being low on supplies constantly, it is hard to do your job wellwhen management doesn't give staff adequate tools to perform their job correctly. I feel for the staff just trying to do theirjob but it also sucks being a customer when they can't help. Read more

Every single time we try to go to this restaurant we are told they are unable to make extra crispy chicken. Go in tonight and... we are told we have to wait for them to take our order to take a seat and then it will be another wait for food. Luckily Iasked if they would even cook out chicken before waiting. Do not recommend this restaurant at all. Employees are lazy at best. This happens every single time we go regardless of time of day or day of the week. This restaurant shouldn?t even have extracrispy as an option. Read more
Usually one can count on famous KFC restaurants to deliver a fast, hot, fresh accurate order. Not this establishment. Food... quality is poor, cold and incomplete. I ordered and paid for a three piece original combo and received 2 extremely small coldgreasy pieces, brown instant mashed potatoes or what ever it was I couldn't eat it and no Cole Slaw one biscuit for $10+. I had a great and speedy experience. Other reviews suggest this place is often short on supplies due to poor management. That... could easily be, but the staff was fast and friendly and the food was hot and fresh, even near closing time. Thank you. Read more
