They get two stars because sometimes the barista/o?s can be kind and but majority of the time they are overwhelming busy and... don?t even pay attention to you at this location. On top of that, I just came by asking for a remake on a drink that they made(it was a new one for me but tasted horrible) and they told me they don?t do remakes. Lol, on your company website it says youguarantee the craft tho. So I?m just a little confused on the agenda this location is pushing. Overall, confusing and theydrinks are trashy to be honest. Who doesn't love Dutch Brothers it's my very favorite coffee shop in the whole Tri-Cities. We always get the picture perfect... freeze and the golden eagle freeze and a pup cup. My service dog Brutus absolutely loves getting his pup cup he thinks he's soextra special when he gets one. It consists of whipped cream and a dog bone. They also have an app where you can collectpoints accumulatively to get free drinks and if you want to you can send free drinks from your app to a friend. On Veterans Day I was at 496 Keene Rd, location and y'all were slammed. The 4/5 people inside were running none stop. I was so... disgusted with the fellow customers.
