So we ordered the new melts I got the bacon one with lettuce tomato in a meal the sandwich had regular onions not the sautéed... ones it said it had one super small piece of lettuce same with the tomato bun wasn?t toasted and no bacon my wife?s wasn?ttoasted neither and got regular onions instead of the sautéed ones and her drink was wrong too Read more
Yea just wanna say , one of the workers there, that works in the morning shift was rude ,because I was not computer savvy on how... to read her the coupon that she wanted I asked for her assistance, of how to do it but she?s like ?don?t you know how to useyour phone? I can tell she hates her job but why does she have to take her hate out on other people that?s not fair :( , If youwanna see good service when it comes to your food go to Taco Bell!! the people there are a lot more friendlier and nicer andunderstanding and willing to help with you and how to use coupons off your phone. I went through the drive thru at 7:30 asked for 50 nuggets and 3 lg fries fresh. I was asked to park in the front of the store.... A car pulled in right beside me after i parked. I waited till 7:41 to go into the store to ask my food was. The ppl that pulledin next to us I saw get their lg order bagged and 2 bags in the warmer. The lady asked how she can help I gave her my salesticket and she looked at the 2 bags gave them to me. I asked if they were fresh she said yes I asked how long they were sittingthere. other lady said she didnt know. I left tried a fry it was bad not even warm to touch went back inside. Never had this bad of experience anywhere. Two Hispanic employees cashier wearing a mask but no gloves and the guy in the... kitchen without a mask and without gloves texting with one hand and making my cheesburger with the other one, end up throwingthe food away. God forgives but I'm not God. As people who road trip quite often, we get tired of fast food and not getting a bang for our buck. This place is a must go if... you?re looking for a nice, big, solid, not greasy burger.
