The food was good but the service was slow!! It took forever to get drink refills!
We waited over 1/2 an hour for our food and my husband's was cold. The waitress was so sweet and sent the manager over. We were... in the back corner and could hear the manager trying to get the kitchen staff going. They compensated us for our meal andapologized. We could tell it wasn't her fault so we tipped her cash so she didn't have to share it with the kitchen staff. Foodwas good too. Read more

Went on a Friday night, was expecting a crowd or a wait, but got right in, waiter was there within a minute of sitting down.... Just wanted a quick bite before heading home, and had my dog in the car so wanted to eat a little and take most of it to go, got3 meals an appetizer and desert for me and 2 kids, plus drinks, only spent $50 ($70 with tip) and was in and out in less than 30min. Bogus...the cook here is clearly horrible!! Witnessed multiple people send their food back before I even ordered!! But I chalked... it up to them being "picky" until my food came. Anybody ever have Maple syrup poured all over four-cheese macaroni? ????????Then when I spoke to the waitress, she told me it was supposed to be like that!????? REALLY...read your own menu! We got there at a later hour (10:30pm) - so the food wasn't at it's best. Giving three stars for the server - she was very nice... & hospitable. Will not be going again that late for food..however, the drinks were good. Read more
If you are expecting a 5-star dining experience, then Applebee's is not the place for you. Applebee's is perfect for Happy Hour... and/or some inexpensive appetizers. This place is never too busy, I've been here over a dozen times the past few years and I'veonly ever had to wait for a table once. My recent visit was great, we sat by the bar, received decent service and our drinkswere made quickly. We had no complaints. I would return for Happy Hour and a quick bite to eat if I'm looking to get fed andhave some drinks. Other than that, their food doesn't really draw me in fully and I would opt elsewhere to eat almost anywhereelse unless im just looking for some cheap drinks and quick service Read more
Service has decreased. Burger not cooked through but waitress or staff nowhere to be found. Terrible
