Kayla was A RockStar Waitress!!! She was Super Friendly, Kind and made Us feel like we were Home!!! Can't say enough Good Things... about about Kayla!!! As Truck Drivers we see a lot of waitress. But I have to say You Are The Best! I I Special order stuff andeverything was hot and right the first time!!! Loved that!!! And the Food was Absolutely Amazing! The burger was tasty. I fully appreciated the hand formed patty and the fresh bun. The burger was sort of small for my taste,... especially compared to the bun. The fries appear to be frozen crinkle cut fries. The blackberry cobbler came with two scoops ofice cream, a top. We requested the cobbler be warned, and it was to perfection. The cinnamon rolls are not to be trifled with.I highly recommend bringing a battle buddy to that fight. It was warm and delicious. Failure to tag team it will result indiabetes. The restroom was a bit dirty. It could use some updates, but I appreciate the automatic soap despinsers and automaticpaper towel holder. Bearing in mind that this is a truck stop too, I don't weight the bathroom too heavily. The service wasgreat. The staff were friendly and engaging. However, they seemed to be short on forks. My husband is a... driver (I, a faithful assistant, sidekick, passenger)..anyways we are from south Texas and it has been IMPOSSIBLE to find a goodchicken fried steak...til now! This place is definitely added to our fave places to stop now! The food was SO GOOD, homemadechicken fried steak yall..HOMEMADE!!!...None of that frozen stuff!! I can not give them enough props, reminded me of my mommas!And even the gravy was homemade. I ordered the fries & broccoli. Hubby, mashed taters (homemade) and salad. Everything was SOGOOOODDD!!
