Tonight we ordered a dozen wings. We were given 10, and on top of that we found a wing that had been cooked with feathers still... attached. No one seemed to think this was particularly disturbing, and they only offered to refund the cost of 6 wings. Read more

This is my second time coming to this place. First time was December 31, on my home from the Ithaca airport. I ordered a... Stromboli. Easy enough a large pizza folded in half, that is exactly what I got. It was mostly crust. From the edge to thefilling was 1 1/2 inches. The filling was so greasy you couldn?t eat it without soaking up some of the grease with a couple ofpaper towels first. Thought ok I won?t do that again! Tonight on my way home from Owego I phoned in my order. A medium pizza,asking for extra sauce there was barely any on it; the toppings were very thin small pieces of sausage, a few green pepperswhich were burnt, some onions, and pepperoni. A medium pizza is easy enough to cut into 8 pieces as well. I had two pieces andmy husband had two pieces, half a pizza you would think, wrong it was a third of the pizza, not sure how you cut a pizza in 8slices with 4 being 1/3 and the other 4 being 2/3s but that in all honesty was the best part of the pizza. It took me 5 monthsto go back after the first time. The next time I will wait the extra time and drive the extra distance and go to Fortunatos inNewark Valley or go the other direction to Dominic?s in Whitney Point. I will not go back to Richford Pizza Plus or recommendthem. Read more
This is a nice new place, reasonable food quality and speedy service. Knocking off two stars for one reason: if you ask for... water, it tastes yucky, very high in mineral content. Obviously, they use that water to prepare meals, so everything gets thattaste to some degree, resulting in less than great food across the board. Installing a quality water softener and filter mightbe all that is needed to resolve this challenge. Read more
Pizza is all grease..asked for bluecheese two times ..they gave me ranch ..asked for spices for the pizza .. response they have... none while I could see them on top of pizza warmer and waited for a solid 5 min before anyone came to the counter. Read more
