Unfortunately there's not very many fast food places in the area. It seems like 90% of the people that work there are irritated... by you being there and I am constantly getting the wrong thing. I ordered ONE sandwich that is it no sides or drinks (spicyasiago chicken) they took forever even though I was the only person in the drive through then the guy laughs as he's handing memy bag. I get home....I got the complete opposite of what I paid for and ordered. I really wish corporate would get thislocation straightened out. Too many bad experiences. Read more
Kevin that's working the register 9/8/22@1:45pm needs a raise or he needs to be the guy in charge of training all crew members. ... He was very attentive and polite. Paid close attention to detail. He was very busy putting on gloves and taking them off whilehelping to get food out. While the other crew members were kinda working, kinda stopping to talk and joke around, Kevin wasgetting the job done. He also spelled my name right. Read more
So I went through the drive through and it took 30 mins to get up to the window and there were only 2 cars in front of me. Once... I got up there it took 15 mins for someone to take my card or say anything to me. Then, I didn?t get my food for another 10mins. Also before they took my card, employees were on their phones making calls. Horrible service!!! Read more
Extremely very rude ! Saying she's going to cuss me out and all this because I called to make sure the drive thru was open and... they said yes well I proceeded the window and the 2 lady's started harassing me and being extremely rude , saying they neversaid that and the lobby was closed of course and I am in a 18 wheeler so she told me to come through drive thru !
