Place is a dump. It's very tight, not enough spaces, it's dirty, everyone is on edge, a customer got into a fight with a wendys... employee while I was waiting for my food, and the fuel islands are backed up 3 deep. Today October 20, 2022 at 11pm The cashier lady was rude, asked her about an item she replied I don't know nothing about that as... she doesn't work there. Also when I was paying for my stuff in the paying machine it says please wait that means waiting for thecashier to finish with payment process in order for me to swipe my card, rudely she told me to read the screen as it was myfault for the wait. This place was overall the worst place to work. I was an employee for almost a 9 month at this place and the staff was horrible... the managers did not know how to manage and all the shift leads were lazy. Many time when I worked there my shift leads wouldhide in the breakroom or just take unnecessary breaks. The day I quit I asked for a break because nobody else was helping andwhen nobody would help I just went to break and the shift lead whined to my boss who tried to yell at me and cussed at me. Thisis overall a horrible truckstop, poorly maintained, horrible bosses and staff, low work ethic and I'm so happy to have a betterpaying amazing new job!! Read more
One of the worst Pilot stops. Cramped and very small parking, customer service could be better... They will help you when they... finish the conversation on their cell phone. Oh, and don't believe what they advertise. Stopped to get dinner at Wendy's becausethe app indicates they were open until 1100pm.. Not true. At 2100 they were closed. Understandable they want to close earlyduring construction, but at least take some initiative and update the hours you advertise to reflect the truth. Do yourself afavor drivers, keep on rolling past this stop. Read more
I paid for prime parking at 2-04 pm. When I arrived at the parking lot (6pm), all the parking spaces were occupied. I came to... the desk and asked for help to find my place. To this, the manager answered me that she could not help me and advised me to goto another place. And before me were 2 people who simply returned the money. I asked the manager to check tickets from those whoare parked. She refused me. I went outside and 2 trucks that were parked left. It turns out that they did not have paid parking.The manager simply did not want to fulfill their direct duties. Read more

They charge for premium parking and don't even own the entire lot. If you park out back another guy will wake you up wanting 20$... to park on his lot. Then you have to get a refund from pilot. For 37$ dollars all in you can stay across the road at the motel.Add 16 $ dollars for a shower in the morning you have regular room rates. Why sleep in your truck? Read more
