I took a short road trip to check this local place out. It seems to be a family run place but I don't know that for sure. It... has true retro elements. It isn't decorated to be retro. It actually is. The food was nice and cooked to my order. They dohave Mexican and American. They had a radio on which was playing nice stuff from Clapton, the Doors, the Cars, etc. That is ahuge plus over country. Anyway the place seems to have a local clientele and I could actually see a Davie Bowie or a RobertPlant video being filmed here. Read more

The tea was good. Had crushed ice which is nice. The chips were stale but the salsa has great flavor as well as the cheese dip.... The person with me ordered the ACP and I got to taste. It was very good. However, my enchiladas I ordered are another story. The beans were hard and dry and the chicken in the enchiladas were WAY over salted. Plus it had a gravy rather than enchiladasauce. I was very disappointed. The staff was very kind. I did not complain about my food because you never know what canhappen now days. I will not be going back. Read more

I like how they bring a variety of good food to the town of Richfield. A great mix of Mexican and American food in a very... inviting and casual hometown setting on the end of a really cool convenience store and gas station. It is a great place to stopbetween Raleigh and Charlotte. I love that the place is family friendly and family operated. There are a lot of dishes I can'twait to try. Read more
