I absolutely love the app. Can order ahead and the sandwiches will be ready. Just wish it would update or notify you when it?s... being made or finished. I like to watch those things.. so I know how and when to get my food! Yummy food ! Staff is veryfriendly! Read more

Subway on 66th Cedar pointe went in got a 6 in. Sub was charged over 12.00 on my atm did not notice till it hit my bank went in... to get refund manager said I was charged for foot long but stated I could not get refund unless I had my receipt... I did notget a receipt still had bag in my car I told her I was going to talk to my bank about it and she kicked me out of the store!Great way to do business. I will never go there again. I will get my money back . I promise u that. They need to get newmanager. In talking to other customers they too has issues with her. Read more

I'd give give them zero stars really. Was out of town and ordered two footlongs online from this subway. Got back to hotel and... one of the footlongs was missing the meat, the mozzarella, and the avocado spread (I ordered the Cali Fresh Turkey). Calledthree times, no answer, 4th time, a young lady answers the phone and I said can I speak to a mgr. please? She said, no there'sno mgr. here, can I take a msg? I said no, and then I described my issue and she handed the phone to someone else. I describedmy issue and the other woman, who I presume is a shift lead or something like that..and said a new staff person is here and shewas probably busy and that's why my sandwich was messed up. The woman said, "can you bring in your sandwich, so I can show theother person? At that exact moment, I knew she thought I was lying. Like who in the heck asks for a footlong sandwich backwith only the veggies back, when they are the ones who messed this up. Now, not only do I have no dinner, but I have to driveall the way back, not only to give them their sandwich back, but my money as well. I will NEVER be back to this location. Bad experience here and won?t be coming back. They were out of multiple products. The employees were complaining about working... there and had to ask me the same question twice because they weren?t paying attention. The chicken on my sub was cold, almostfrozen, even though the rest of the sub was toasted. I almost went back to have them remake it, but with how terrible theservice and employees? attitudes were, I didn?t want to go back. I just picked the chicken off and decided the experience wasworthy of a review. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS LOCATION. Read more
