We ordered 9 pizzas and they got them ready like it was a single pizza order. They were ready in less than 30 minutes. The staff... was really pleasant and the pizzas were good. We really liked the buffalo chicken bacon and the philly cheese steak pizzas. Theshaq-a+roni pizzas were a favorite among the kids too! This was the first time we ordered from papa John's. Called ordered at 12:30 said 30 mins for it to be here. At nearly 2pm it arrives cold. Very unhappy and would not recommend this... place or any of their staff members. Very unhelpful and unfriendly. If it's going to be an hour and a half for a pizza tell methat upfront and don't make excuses and say it should be there any minute when after the second time I call it hasn't even leftthe store. I love order pizza from here because it?s taste so delicious there.
So I've never had Papa John's without the garlic sauce because my order has always been completed with one in the box.. however... for some reason someone failed to put my sauce in tonight ??????????? don't understand how something like this evenhappens?!?!?... I ordered large veggie pizza with extra cheese. Firstly, cheese was almost not there on the pizza, it was not even normal. Not... sure why we order extra cheese? Also, veggies was not fresh. It was bit dry. Taste was also not good. Compared to otherlocations where I ate Papa John's pizza, this was not to their good standard. Disappointed. :( Read more
This is by far the best Papa Johns I have ever gotten pizza from. But today I received 2 raw pizzas. I called them and spoke... with the manager. He refused to re make my order and told me to put them in the oven. I almost never call the store ifsomething is wrong and have never asked for my pizza to be re made. I deal with what I have and ask for a credit. With thatsaid I am terribly disappointed whit this store and manager still my favorite store but they should be willing to fix theirmistakes. Read more
We went inside to place a to go order, and the guy rung us up as an online order. So we sat there for 30+ minutes, asked us the... name our order was under & made a comment on how it?s been sitting there for a while. Frustrating that nobody checked.
