Wow, what an amazing experience today at Lunds. We had a custom cake decorated for a very special occasion (adoption of two... kids). The pastry chef at Lunds, Julie, did such a great job with the design. Also, when I came to pick it up she has alreadypaid for it. Thanks to Julie and the Lunds family for making this such a special day! Read more

This location has been my default Lunds & Byerlys store since I moved to the area in September of 2016. I can confidently say I... have never had a bad experience at this location. There have been occasions where service was not the best it could possibly be,but that is understandable when factoring common human error. No amount of experience or professionality will eliminate peoplefrom making mistakes. This store does not offer as much variety as the store in nearby Edina, but drastic renovations have beenmade over the last 3 years to broaden, diversify, & modernize experiences at this store. As construction of the new apartmentcomplex across the parking lot nears completion, more renovations & amenities are planned. 2 years ago, the self-checkout areaarrived as a much welcomed & needed feature! However, I do have broader service suggestions for Lunds & Byerlys overall: Inoticed Lunds & Byerlys stores throughout the metro offer select kosher foods/products. With that said, the St. Louis Park storeby far offers the greatest variety & quantity of kosher foods out of all locations combined. However, why not considerexperimenting with a halal foods section, even if confined to one aisle, as a "pilot product line" for Muslims in the TwinCities? After all, there is a sizeable Islamic community throughout the Twin Cities & as a Muslim-American, I personally wouldfind it most welcoming & accommodating if Lunds & Byerlys featured a product line offering halal foods. In addition, similar tohow coffee shops ask if customers want to leave gratuity for staff when paying by card or app, perhaps the same provision can beintroduced at cashier lanes manned with courtesy staff? The idea here is to provide gratuity to courtesy staff that bag & carrygroceries outside for customers based on whatever dollar amount a customer elects to give to their ?courtesy handler? when agrocery carry out is needed. It is no secret; things are becoming increasingly cashless? Read more

It's been 20 years since I've been at this location. Yes, there have been changes, yet the bones of the store are still... familiar. Pleasant memories. (The photo is of a lovely old oak tree in their parking lot.) Read more

This is a very nice grocery store. It always is very clean and neat. It is well organized. Everything is nicely presented. There... is a great selection. I also like the fact that there is a Caribou Coffee in the store since I prefer them over Starbucks. Read more

My favorite grocery chain. I pay more for almost everything but the quality of their food is much higher than you'd find at a... cub foods with the exception of big brand items...you just end up paying more for that stuff. Deli is awesome. Meat/seafoodcounter is the best in any grocery store. Read more

This is a smaller older store right off of hwy 62 and Penn, south on your right. So it is very convenient. They have a separate... Caribou Coffee shop in front. Deli foods are in the back. And they have a few tables for dining. Read more

Went in for chicken nuggets and searched for 10 minutes in the frozen food aisle. A million kind of French fries but no chicken... nuggets. After asking three employees, I resolved to leaving only to have one remember it was in the deli area?! Definitely notconvenient or at all similar to any other store. The staff was nice for helping me, but the layout of the store was frustratingbeyond all belief. Read more

Always have a great experience here. Of course it is a little more expensive than the Rainbow and Cub stuff but worth it for... certain items and for the helpful staff. I usually buy meat here more than veggies unless I am looking for something moreexotic. All in all, it is a standby stop for me once a month or so. Read more
