Reviews for Arby's in Richfield, MN
Quick, Friendly Staff, Good Food, Good Value (When you Order a Special)
I don't know covid changed a lot of s*** and I know this place got some crazy hours or it looks like it's closed I don't know if... they turn their light on anymore for the arby's sign but like I said their hours are real funny here they're not the same andthat's too bad but if you got the coupon that they send in the mail for that shake I'm going to tell you arby's got some bombshakes. They're super thick and they're delicious they got the best fast food shakes. And the staff here is always been friendlyI do got to say Read more
Just tried to come through here and the dining room was locked. The drive thru literally had two cars in front. Literally only... two cars. And yet they were taking their sweet time with each. I waited 10 minutes and they still weren't done. They're noteven busy and yet were slow as snails. Unacceptable. I drove away. Read more
This has become our "pre-airport" drive thru food stop this year. Each time the service is fast and accurate, and the employees... are friendly. Read more
My family ate here on Sunday 4-24-2022. When we pulled up to order they had placed Sold Out stickers on about every sandwich... besides roast beef. It was over $40 for 4 people. Their new slogan must be... Arby's, We DON'T Have the Meats Read more
For starters, the sign says dine is open "Ten-2" right below drive-thru until 11 which can be misleading. Maybe not to everyone... but when I saw it I thought the inside was open so parked, got out of my car, tried the door and it was locked. Maybe tryputting actual times on the board. Small thing but come on.....make things clear. I work 5 minutes from this location and leftmyself a 1/2 an hour to get my meal and make it to work on time. Because of the misunderstanding of the sign, how long thedrive-through took, and something was forgotten in my order (so I had to get out of my car once again and walk back to thedrive-through window to get it) I ended up being 5 minutes late for work. I understand drive-through is busy when that's theonly option but it still should not take almost 30 minutes to get a single order. It isn't like I ordered 4 meals orsomething. At least the guy was nice about it and apologized. Maybe I'm nit picking but this is just the latest of several badexperiences at this location recently. Come to think of it, fast food in general has gone way downhill everywhere lately. Read more
The staff here were professional, courteous, and attentive to me as a customer. The food was very well made and was not thrown... together in a sloppy and unsightly manner and presentation. The restaurant was clean to include the bathrooms which for me is avery important factor of a fast food restaurant as I've seen many that are not to the point that you don't want to touchanything in the bathroom. The level of detail the staff took to ensure that my order was correct was very much appreciated andalso factored into me rating this Arby's five stars. Overall this would be a location I would highly recommend if you want totry any of the menu items from Arby's. I would much rather come down to this Arby's location than others in the Twin Cities aslong as they maintain the same level of detail and care for their restaurant and concern for their customers orders at any timeof the day. Was drive thru only today. Efficient over lunch hour. Employee at the drive-thru window was notably friendly. People in this... world aren't always pleasant to deal with. I bet it's not easy to be that friendly on a consistent basis. Kudos to the womanworking the window. You are a ray of sunshine in an often dismal world. Read more
