We just left this place (20 June 2021 at 1230) we bought two 6 inch subs to go. Both of the breads are rock hard. They are hard... enough that the employees had to know not to use them. We asked for mayonnaise on our subs. The single line of mayonnaise didnot even go the entire length of the bun. Had we not been pulling a camper and already on the highway, we would have taken themback. I would definitely recommend you NOT go to this location for a sub. Their app is not used friendly, so we couldn't get the$5 footlongs and they were out if meatballs , chicken and steak we went... somewhere else. We won't go here again. If we want subway we will go to the one 25 minutes away in rockhill instead of this one5 minutes from our house.UPDATE. They have really cleaned up the store that this subway is in and out sandwiches and salads werevery fresh and made with love . Read more
I would just like to say Tiffany Bittner who works at the Subway located inside the Shell gas station at 3205 Lancaster HWY... Richburg SC 29729 exemplified the epitomy of customer service today. Ms. Tiffany greeted me with me the warmest smile. Shemade me forget about the bad day I was having instantly. She was just so kind and caring. Ms. Tiffany made the most beautifulsalad with love and care. I can honestly say it was picture PERFECT. Thank you Subway for employing such an AMAZING andBEAUTIFUL lady. Read more
I placed my order through the app, and when I arrived to pick up my food the employee told me she hadn't received my order and... then refused to fill my order once I showed her the receipt. She then failed to provide me with a refund, telling me I had tocontact the number on the app for a refund. I looked for the number and was unable to locate it and so I asked her to show mewhere it was or to provide me with the information. She failed to do both and refused to provide me the contact information forthe manager or the owner so that they could assist me with obtaining my refund. I lost one of my best friends and my grandfatherin the last 2 days and all I wanted was either the food I ordered or the $40 back or the information on how to get it back so Icould go home and feed my family and grieve the death of those I loved. This woman refused to provide basic customer service andI was left having to spend additional money I don't have right now to acquire alternative food and then turned away potentialcustomers telling them the store was closed at 6pm. I've had several bad interactions at this store, but this is by far theworst. Read more
