The drive thru employee was a little off putting for my first visit but the food was decent. I requested my fries fresh and... crispy at the speaker and I received warm soggy fries. The cashier seemed a little annoyed when I asked her for fresh fries Ialmost thought she would spit in my food in the back. Nonetheless, I got the fresh hot fries and they were good ????????. Ijust wish we didn?t have to repeatedly ask for fresh or crispy food that we pay for. It should just be the standard. Who wantsto pay inflated prices for cold and soggy food? Read more

They don't carry the buffalo blue salad anymore ????. That was the only reason I came here. I just got the garden salad but it... wasn't great. There was literally like 1 chicken tender with a giant bowl of salad. And the chocolate chip cookies werecompletely raw!! That was my last Zaxby's meal ever. Read more

My husband & I were talking about who has the best chicken tenders in town & he brought up Zaxby?s. I had never tried it before... so he brought my daughter and I here to have some lunch. And it was quite delicious. And the prices are good for the amount offood you get. From the moment we walked in to the moment we finished our meals, there were smiles all around us from the staff.Jason came by twice to make sure everything was to our liking. First time visiting a Zaxby's in TX and was very disappointed. Ordered a Cobb salad ($9.09). The bacon on this salad added up... to one half a slice, and the cucumbers had a terrible bitter aftertaste. The chicken tasted fairly well, but the oil in thefryer desperately needs to be change. The coleslaw was the worst I've ever tasted. You know how when coleslaw gets old, it geta horseradishy kind of taste? It was way past that. You almost get the feeling that the owner is using old stuff to savemoney...just the first thing that popped in my head. I'm sure the kids working there don't know any different. It was hot and fresh. I wish it was a flats only order. I would've happily paid extra. So, I traded drums for flats with... Husband????. Would give it 0 stars if I could. Awful experience in every aspect. First, I walk in and the girls at the counter are chatting... and having a good time. Soon as I step up to the counter to order their demeanor changed and gave off a real "I wish you weren'there right now" vibe. Mind you I'm literally the only one here so it's not like they were rife with business or anything. Halfthe options on the drink machine were out, even the ice and water. There was a separate spot next to the drink machine forthose, and the water tasted metallic, straight up iron flavored. I got my food and it was sad, the chicken strips werepathetically small and the toast was rough. The fries weren't awful but nothing to write home about. Went to the restroom afterI finished eating and it could definitely use a cleaning. I doubt they're all like this since I have a couple friends who liveelsewhere in the country and rave about Zaxby's but this example is terrible and just a bad restaurant overall. Wished I'd goneto Cane's instead like I usually do but I wanted to try something different, sad that it ended up with me never wanting to comehere again. Being from Atlanta, where Zaxby?s are as common to find as a McDonald?s, this is a POOR example for a Zaxby?s. I drove about 20... minutes to this location from downtown Dallas on a craving. I could have drove maybe 5 minutes to my closest Raising Canes, buttbh I prefer Zaxby?s SEASONED fingers and fries. The drive-thru wait time here is ridiculous, but since I drove out of my way tocome here I waited the 20 minutes in line. I ordered a wings and things and I substituted the cole slaw out for EXTRA fries. Ialso paid for 2 additional Zax sauces. When I made it back home (20 minutes drive) back to downtown Dallas to find out that Ididn?t get the Zax sauce that I paid for, but instead an additional 2 ranch sauces. If you were out of Zax sauce just say that!Next, are you selling chicken fingers or chicken nuggets?! I paid almost $15 for my meal and I expected to be stuffed! Also, Icouldn?t tell if I got the extra French fries or not tbh smh. This same meal in Atlanta the bag would have been HEAVY for theamount of food you?re SUPPOSED to get. Also, this experience WAS NOT isolated. I?ve been to this location a handful of timessince moving to Dallas last year and it?s always like this. Idk if you guys are cutting the tenders in half to save/cut costs orwhat, but I?m almost positive this isn?t up to Zaxby?s quality. The wings were good and a nice size. Also the girl (with theeyes) in the drive-thru is always rude!
