This place is ridiculous...It has really gone downhill. I dont know if it's change in management or what but yall need to hire... people that actually want to work or something. Ordered hours ahead of time thinking my order would be ready on time and itwasn't. It was 20 mins late which made me late for work, my fries had no seasoning when I asked for extra, and i noticed after Ialready wrote a complaint that I was shorted on 4 wings. There was one guy working on my order and the rest which was 4 othersin the back were standing around.....Probably why my order wasn't made on time. Finally the cashier guy ended up helping bag myorder because he saw how long they were taking and went straight from working on the register to bagging my stuff withoutwashing his hands. Seems like the owner doesn't care much either since they just sent me a $5 gift card on an over $70 orderafter I told them what happened. What a joke! I should have walked out on that order when it wasn't ready on time and stuck yallwith the over $70 worth of wings. Obviously they don't care about reviews either because people have been complaining in reviewsfor months. Corporate needs to do something about this location. Read more

Yesterday, I ordered some Wings and when I arrived, they could not find my order. The guy at the counter looked in the system... and told me I ordered on Abrams Rd and I know that was a lie, because that location's number was not in my system. He asked meif I wanted to go there or wait 20 minutes for some wings, but my husband said no. When I called to speak with their businesscenter, they apologized and said they had spelled my name wrong and that was the correct location. Then, the lady asked me if Iwanted to replace the order, which meant I would have to drive all the way back there, because my wings were cold. ThisWingstop has an employee who lied to a customer and I will not be going back there. I made the right decision when I stoppedgoing their years ago, because their were problems then, like burnt chicken wings, but I thought I would give them a try andthis is what happened. My favorite Wingstop! Every time we have gone, the food is fresh, the order is correct, wait times are quite reasonable, and the... service is top-notch. On top of that, I have a service dog (which always worries me a bit when going to a new place), but here,they are very friendly and have never given me a hard time. It was fun to hear the employees make each other laugh while theyworked, and that brightened my day. Read more

So no more phone orders after 10:30 , I worked at Wingstop before. this is unacceptable. Last order is at 12 when you close .... Management must be mediocre. I will be taking it up with the higher ups . Never have I heard this, I understand you guys want togo home early... Asked for lemon pepper wings they didn?t put any seasoning just oil. My boyfriend asked for Cajun fries they gave him burnt... fries with no seasoning . The food was cold and bland he went back to fix it and the lady at the front kept repeating what hesaid as if she was stupid . The service here was absurd! I placed an online order for two 10piece combos and received an 8piece on both! Both fries were... completely stale and burnt I didn?t even finish them, I called to complain and the first girl didn?t even say anything and justplaced me on hold after I explained why I was calling them I was then passed to another employee and he sounded like he didn?teven cared and told me to call back the next day or bring my order back (when I was already home, and on my third wing when Inoticed) ?unbelievable? This hasn?t been the first time this has happened even when I was in the store another customercomplained they didn?t get his order right. Please shut this location DOWN!! Ordered at 7pm didn't get my order until 7:35p....got home and the wings were not cooked well... done like I asked. They was still some pink inside...no seasoning...SUPER oily that the bottom of the bag got soaked. Called andasked for another 8pc to be cooked. Waited for another 45min before I got my wings and still not cooked well done. The cashier'salso have stank attitudes. Read more
