EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE. Had to wait almost 30 minutes after the time stated that my preordered food would be ready. The cashier... was being extremely rude because a guest was not giving her a tip. Another waitress incorrectly charged a guest and when he wasexplaining the overcharge she turned the monitor towards him and said yeah, I see it, I will fix it. But she was so rude. Inever heard them greet anyone coming in. I never heard them thank anyone for coming in. Just a Horrible experience. I would nothave left a tip either if this is the type service they recieved as eat in guests. Just terrible all the way around. Read more
Couldn't rate this place because I didn't get a chance to eat there. The waitress was sleep, the cook was in the booth doing... something on his phone and the security guard was just riding the clock (but isn't that what security guards do) wish i wouldhave taken pictures of the theatrics but was to frustrated at the time. This establishment should be outlawed! Read more
I used to work at a different Waffle House on third shift for about a year and a half and so I know the process and everything... as far as their order taking everything. Their customer service was pretty good. I needed to charge my cell phone it was almostdead and I wanted to Waffle really bad so. It was great and I love their sweet tea too so I loved it it was a great experiencethe cook and the servers in there that day it was on Saturday around 4:30 in the afternoon. They're all great. Food was ok waitress was nice. But when checking out we wrote down tip and they changed the to higher price instead but they was... busy and was only couple dollars and wasn't arguing with them. Read more
My granddaughter and her frinds met for a quick brunch. She enjoyed her cheese steak and her friends their breakfast fare. They... found it not really a "sit and talk" environment, which is what they are looking for. Read more
It's a waffle house, if your from around here you just like every other one. Great coffee, and some good waffles. I actually... think that this coffee is better than IHOP and Denny's coffee. But good service and had our food pretty quick. Read more
First time in a waffle house here in Dallas. We went at 1pm and it was pack, but we were given a table right away. Everything... was delicious, and fast served. Our waitress was very attentive and the lady attending the up keeping of the tables areas was asweatheart. Read more
I've been here many times over the years, but not recently. Wait staff couldn't have cared less if we were there, busy with... their business. Ham was not good, eggs were okay, cooked correctly. Hashbrowns were not fully cooked. Waffle could have beencooked longer, also. Place was very dirty. Don't think I'll go back. Sad. Read more
