Bread was not fresh, it was all flaky.. the person behind counter was not at all paying attention to what i am saying..
The great customer service is still here, but the franchise has decided that they will ONLY use WHITE or WHEAT bread. I'm sure... this isn't true for shops owned by other franchises SO you might want to call and ask so you know where not to go anymore. Read more

Unprofessional workers there. Came in there with my mom and they were out of spinach wraps. Ok..we'll take the regular wraps.... "Well I only have this one here..." Ok so you can't go in the back? I feel bad for the owner. There are people who are loyal toSubway, but won't ever eat here. I went and looked at reviews for this location and the theme is common. I challenge the ownerto fix this. If you care, you will do something about it. If you don't, you're going to be missing out on customers. I'll drivean extra 3 miles to avoid this place and unless things change, so should you. This Subway had just opened up and the young lady was alone and I came in a hit her with a football team size order really. My... GARLAND LIONS select team was just about finishing up there morning workouts and it was time to feed them. This young lady was aprofessional the whole way and was very polite while making my order of like 21 or so 6 inch subs. She did a ROARING job! Read more
