I visited this amazing looking Starbucks inside the Student Union at UTD. This location looks iconic with long stairs to the 2nd... floor. It has seating arrangements inside and out with a great view! There are multiple types of seating arrangements with highchairs, and ports for charging. Most of the time the coffee is super bad. The staffs are usually rude, except one or two. Most of them do not know either the... price or the name of the drink.I am here in US from 2017, this is the worst Starbucks I have ever been. Only reason to go thereis that it is inside the campus. Less than average drinks, and understaffed most of the times. It makes up for a cheaper price when you purchase with a Comet... Card. If you want a better drink, go to Northside Starbucks. I forgot to mention that lots of sandwiches and NCB are out ofstock all the time. Read more
A must visit place for coffee lovers. The cold frapes, hot mocha, cold brew, red velvet cakes , everything from hot to cold is... served here. The best pass is you can customize your drinks. I mentioned to the girl at the register that my coffee tasted a bit sour (granted I ordered a blonde roast at 3pm on the... weekend). They were very generous and gave me a big cup of blonde roast in return. The staff can understandably get overwhelmedbut most of them are very kind! Read more
They always have a lot of people behind the counter, yet they are really slow to make the drinks/bakery items. There?s always at... least 20 people waiting on their items. They also had their scanner broken so I?m not getting points for a free drink next timewhich is frustrating. Read more
