Worst Starbucks drink EVER! I tried the seasonal Iced sugar cookie latte. I had no idea it would come with an abundance of... sprinkles that gave the drink a very chemically taste. I tried to drink it for what I payed and I just could not stomach thetaste. Later in the day I starting feeling nauseous from the amount of sprinkles I drank in just a few straw sips. So gross!! came the other day and had a bad experience. my family and i ordered a coffee, tea, muffin, water, and cup of ice. i went to... the window and paid and the guy gave me the water, ice, and tea. My tea was supposed to be a passion tea lemonade and it wasjust like a regular lemonade, I then told the guy and he was happily to remake it. When we tried the tea it was unsweet so wetold the lady at the window and she said we would have to let them know if we wanted it sweetened, but we asked for it sweetenedat the speaker? You guys are the one who made the drink wrong? So I?m confused on why she said that. So the guy comes back andsays thank you have a great day? Where is my coffee and my muffin? He then grabs the muffin and again says thank you again, andAGAIN I tell him I?m missing the coffee, and he is so sorry and gives me the coffee. a previous time I?ve came it was about 15min before closing, and when I get to the window the girl says ?oh we?re not taking cash? she didn?t even say hi or how are you.like could you have not tell me that at the speaker? Me & my mom was leaving an interview I had 8/24 morning. And I felt I did a good job & so did my mom SOOOOO we got to our... favorite place Starbucks! & this location just so happen to be in the area & we went we decided to go drive thru and we orderedw/Stori I hope I?m spelling her name right. Anyways me & my mom get or usually drink & we tried ordering our favorite sandwichwhich unfortunately was out and it makes sense because it?s the Turkey & Basil Pesto sandwich. We also always get the thevanilla bean frapp but we remix it our way. But anyways, Stori was really nice w/knowing items on the menu & taking a completelysomewhat complicated order she still delivered great customer service. Also she was reassuring of items that were no longer instock & when they were out of almost everything we?d ask for so she decided she was going to give us $4 gift cards for theslight inconvenience of 69 items. Stori is awesome as well whenever my mom asked for extra caramel for our drinks she gave agenerous amount & w/a warming smile. We will be back for another great experience. Read more

Great customer service! I even called later on today because I thought I left my apple pencil there and the employee that picked... up the phone was so sweet! She checked if anyone turned it in and even took the time to check the seating area I was working at.I really do appreciate what she did as I know how hectic Starbucks can get around the holidays. Her willingness to help was verythoughtful and kind. I eventually found the apple pencil - apparently it never left my house lol! Read more
