I just orders hot peppermint mocha and I literally, got less than half of the cup full. Wow, you cannot say that they didn?t... notice that it was not fill.This Starbucks that I?ve gone several times had wonderful employees, now it?s going down the hillwith the employees lack of customer service knowledge. It?s horrible when you have to pay $3 for coffee and customer service isbad. So disappointed!!!! Read more

It was very normal type of Starbucks. But unfortunately, it was not that much clean. I don't know, maybe because of they were... busy. But, for better experience, they should make clean the places. Read more

Almost last two years I drink a coffee every day right here I didn?t get any issues before but I last two months they get anew... manger every thing is changed now I order a coffee but they give me a back hot water and also they take long time to get it .They didn?t have a raw sugar so I will stope to go this Starbucks!! Literally the worst Starbucks in the area. They CONSTANTLY mark all items as unavailable to prevent people from ordering ahead.... Have their drive thru blocked off at 7pm even though their listed hours of operation say they shouldn?t close until 9:30. mydrinks are made wrong 90% of the time which is a problem at this location ONLY. We went to this store with my three years old son. We preferred this place especially because there are very friendly... employees, but the manager came twice and warned my son not to move. I have no idea what exactly she expects from athree-year-old. I definitely do not recommend people with children to go this store. The manager especially is not friendly andrude. Read more

Inept employees. Ordered a nitro cold brew with sweet cream and they forgot the sweet cream. Glad I gave them $6 for trash

I asked for light ice and they definitely didn't listen. Once I got home and removed all the ice, the cup was less than half... full. Why would I pay almost $6 for a venti sized cup which is only filled up to a tall sized amount? Light ice is a very simpleinstruction to follow. HORRIBLE. As a supervisor myself I didn't enjoy my visit here. No one greeted me, the place is messy and dirty, the vibe was not... welcoming. Everyone seemed to be over it and overwhelmed management needs to help their team create an environment that'swarming and welcoming. Not whatever I just experienced. I normally just let things go and give people the benefit of the doubt.Man, was i really wrong this time.I got my drink and it was made wrong twice. The first time I caught it, the creating barista,same person who took my order... put coffee in the first frap which is fine it's a force of habit. The second one.... geeezethey put a quarter of a half gallon of heavy cream in the blender not the cup, it had no strawberry puree, the wrong toppings,more dark Carmel then I asked for. There was girl just watching them make this drink, instead of helping their partner with mycomplicated drink. They whisper to eachother, I cant hear much but the girl puts her hands up in frustration then says "no,it's not you it's just..." before I receive my drink they used what looked like an old sanitizer rag to wipe down the drink andit just looks wrong.. but again I try to just give people the benefit of the doubt and well if didn't already you guessed it..disappointing. I asked for : Venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino Sub for heavy cream 2 pumps dark caramel 2 scoops ofvanilla bean Add strawberry puree extra sugar topping I wish I took a picture of the drink but I'm hard to forget and I'm surethey were talking about it on their headsets.
