GREAT Customer Service makes ALL the difference!! Went to another Starbucks location, drink made wrong & when they were remaking... it-I was treated quite poorly to say the very least (even though I, no exaggeration, apologized about 5 times!!) I legitimatelywasn?t trying to be a bother or inconvenience, I just wanted my everyday drink to taste the way that I like it (& we all knowStarbucks isn?t the cheapest drive thru experience). I called THIS location, because when I had called the other location, to mysurprise, the one who acted this way was a manager! ???????????so, I hung up, because I knew it was a lost cause. I needed tospeak to someone in authority who could address the manager there. I received a good recommendation from this location, so Icalled.. hopeful for some direction at the least, with who could address this issue. I don?t want anyone to lose their job. Ijust want good customer service! I think kind people deserve that at the least. Anywayyyyy, with that being said? when callingthis location, Manager Riley answered and patiently listened to my situation, affirmed the disappoint we?d had, and also wasvery generous to accommodate me with a matcha Frappuccino on the house, for my inconvenience at a completely differentlocation! I am beyond impressed with this kind of customer service! RILEY, YOU DESERVE A RAISE, A PROMOTION, orsomethingggg!! Thank you so much!! I drink lots of espresso, either straight or with a dash of cream. Starbucks has great tasting espresso that hits the spot. It... is very dark and bold but they also have a blonde espresso on request that is a bit more mild and mellow. Service is normallyreally great here as well. Read more
They're constantly messing up my order & I'm so fed up with it. There's been times where they make my drink perfect but there's... been way more times they have messed up my orders and it is so disappointing because I spend SO much money at this Starbucks.Definitely looking for a new coffee shop for me to go to! Edit to add: I went again this morning and got myself an iced caramelbrulee latte and they messed up more order again of course. I do not like the caramel brulee sugar topping and I always tellthem to substitute the sugar with caramel drizzle and they gave me caramel drizzle AND the sugar topping AND charged me extrafor "extra caramel drizzle" when they're not supposed to charge me they are supposed to SUBSTITUTE it. This is a really unique Star Bucks that I have visited in a very long time. They do not have any sort of inside steading. ... There is a walkup window, order and you can sit outside with limited seating, or you can just drive through. I really likedthis especially since we are still in the pandemic. The staff was really nice and got my order correct. I had no issues atall, the order came out really fast, and it was a beautiful day to be outside. Read more
Weird location because there's no inside, there's a drive thru and a walk up counter/order window with outside seating and there... are plug ins to charge up. I ordered and paid with the app and walked to the window 5 minutes later. It took 4 minutes for themto come to the window. I think they were busy getting ready to close in 1 hour because they weren't busy with the drive thru.Trash was overfilled (see pic) outside and had to wait too long for the amount of business they had at that moment.
