Every time I do my mobile order here for my Venti flat white they place it in a grande cup. Every Single TIME. I have reported... this to the company. I spent several months ordering a Venti and receiving only a grande, suspicious each time but they aremobile orders and you run in and out so you can get to work. This is beyond unacceptable. Starbucks is fantastic in so many waysbut this store is robbing you, stealing your money with out a care in the world. Throw shade at me all you want for continuingto go. Honestly one of the best Starbucks. With everything taken into account and the Barista's quirks/personalities; they are actually... great. They help thier customers and are friendly. I picked up an Uber Eats order from this Starbucks the other day and had an unpleasant encounter with one of the baristas there.... This was not my first time picking up at this location. However, it was my first time having an unpleasant experience there.When I arrived, there were two young Caucasian baristas, one male (with red hair) and the other, female ( with black hair). Icame to the counter and stated that I was there to pick up the order. He stated that they were still working on it, so I saidokay and I looked at the menu while I waited. I saw the female barista putting the brownie the customer ordered in the bag, so Iasked her if it was warmed up. She stated no, took it out the bag and proceeded to warm it up. Overall, she was pleasant aboutit. The male barista says in a rather snappy, yet condescending manner that he didn't see that it said to warm it up and askedif it was listed on the app. I told him yes, and he said "let me see" as if I was lying about it. I was immediately offendedbecause why would I need to lie about a customer wanting a brownie warmed up?? However, I showed him on the app where thecustomer requested to have the brownie warmed. The female barista puts the brownie in the bag and after, the male baristaproceeds to put the drinks in the bag. To add insult to his already rude and micro-aggressive behavior, he decides to staple andplace multiple stickers on the bag as closure. When he saw that I was watching him, he says "let me add one more," and placesanother sticker on the bag, which at that point was overkill. I guess that was to insinuate that he felt like I was going to gointo the bag. I was completely disgusted and utterly offended. He then proceeds to dumbly tell me to have a nice day after hisdisplay of ignorance which was paired with the expectation that I was going to acknowledge his salutation. The absolute audacityof him! I can give a review because I went to this location three times now. It?s not worth it. No drive through which is okay. I went... there several times to read and drink coffee. The place is never is packed when I am there, but it seems to take forever to getmy order. They even messed up a simple order during one visit. Associate seems to be lazy and rather just chat with each otherthan do their job. The inside is very nasty. I always have to clean my own table. One time the back door was locked duringbusiness hours. So many coffee shops and better Starbucks near by than to deal with this one. Read more

They had to swap my pound cake because the first one was broken and smushed, icing was melted and all over the place. The new... one they gave me still looked raggedy but was better. When I was given my Caramel ribbon crunch, it was missing a lot of what itshould have been, the cream at the bottom and the caramel on top. I had to ask her to please add the caramel that?s supposed tobe there and she just poured it in one spot. Read more
