A bunch of young people work here they play entirely too much and are very slow everytime I come here I shouldn't have to wait... close to 30min for a order especially if I order online first and when i get it the food is cold and the drinks are watered downbut here recently all 3 sonics in my area have been this way and I generally go every day in the summer. I pray next year willbe better. Read more

20+ minute average wait time for a single combo and two drink. Do not sit down to eat or use the drive thru here. I had to go in... to get someone's attention after ten minutes or so of waiting. Read more

Store that promotes being an ice cream shop has no ice cream. Pathetic store. Pathetic crew. Pathetic management. It says... FULL MENU all day. Yet they have no ice cream. You do the math. This chain is going downhill fast. I?m not done either. I?mgoing to contact the corporate office to discuss why their store are closing parts early. I recommend eating at home. Read more

Poor customer service older car hop didn?t take my drive thru order because I didn?t respond immediately upon pulling up. I took... a moment to look over the board (2-4 seconds) and then placed my order. Then with no response at all I pulled up to the windowjust to have her to ask me ?how was I doing? while walking by me. I asked her did she get my order her answer was ?I didn?trespond?. I wish there was a way I could give zero stars and the middle finger. The employees are the most disrespectful waste of skin I... have ever come across. These attitudes are trained behavior This has to come from the head people in charge. I don't go oftenbut every single time I have gone. Someone's attitude was TRASH. I feel like this is how they train the employees. I went MondayLabor day I get it, who wants to work on Labor day. I ordered 1 Corny Dog. It is now Tuesday and I haven't received my orderYET! Just don't visit this location, it's not worth your time. It will take 30 minutes, your order will be wrong, and the employees... will be rude. Took them 10 mins to even acknowledge I was ready to order, then acted like I was an inconvenience them when Itried to order. The girl kept yelling what at me when she couldn't understand what I was saying. The food took forever toarrive, then when it finally did the order was wrong and the food was cold. Maybe risk it if you're just coming to get drinks,otherwise don't bother. Read more

This has to be the worst location with the worst customer service. The females who work here are simply the rude and must be... lazy. Sat for over 5 minutes waiting for someone to say something at the drive through saying hello multiple times. They wheremad rude . Sadly the only sonic near by but it looks like driving further is the best choice. Read more

This Sonic was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with any Sonic. I did a mobile order for fried pickle fries and a... drink. Checked in wiated 35 minutes no order, so I pressed the red button and told them 20 minutes later, I get an order of cold pickle fries that looked dirty and a melted down drink. No apology not even a single eye contact . I hate that I hadalready tipped the establishment. Read more
